The Construction of Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) Building Project aims to develop a modern office complex for efficient regulatory operations and improved public service delivery. Implemented by the Department of Public Works Engineering on behalf of the Energy and Mineral Resources Division, the project is located at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka. It includes the construction of a 10-storey building with two basements and one semi-basement, covering a total floor area of 8,294.73 sq. m. The project has an estimated cost of BDT 111.90 crore and will be implemented from July 2025 to June 2028.
