Feasibility Study on Construction of Birchandra Public Library and City Auditorium (Cumilla Town Hall), Cumilla

The project aims to assess the feasibility of constructing the Birchandra Public Library and City Auditorium, known as Cumilla Town Hall, at Kandirpar, Cumilla. It focuses on preserving the historical and cultural significance of the institution while promoting reading habits, intellectual development, and cultural research. The project will support the conservation and promotion of Cumilla’s heritage, arts, and cultural identity. With an estimated cost of BDT 12,510.49 lakh, the project is planned for implementation from July 2023 to June 2026. It is categorized as an Orange Category project under the Environmental Conservation Rules, 2023.
