Construction of Chattogram Tax Building

The Feasibility Study for the Construction of the Chattogram Tax Building has been undertaken for the National Board of Revenue at Agrabad, Chattogram. The project, with an estimated cost of BDT 437.07 crore, is scheduled for implementation from January 2025 to December 2028. It proposes the construction of a 20-storey tax office complex with three basement levels and a total floor area of approximately 46,744 sq. m. The development will include a data center, one-stop taxpayer service facilities, and supporting infrastructure such as parking, roads, drainage, and utility services. The project aims to strengthen tax administration, improve service delivery, and enhance revenue collection efficiency.
