Construction Project of a 15-Storey Commercial Building with One Semi-Basement and Two Basements for the Bangladesh Employees Welfare Board

The feasibility Study for the Construction of a 15-Storey Commercial Building with One Semi-Basement and Two Basements for the Bangladesh Employees Welfare Board was conducted to assess the viability of the proposed development at AGB Colony, Motijheel, Dhaka-1222. The project is being implemented by the Public Works Department (PWD) under the Ministry of Public Administration and the Ministry of Housing and Public Works. With an estimated cost of BDT 171.73 crore, the project aims to optimize government land use, increase revenue generation, and meet the growing demand for commercial space in Motijheel. The study also evaluates technical, financial, environmental, and regulatory aspects to ensure sustainable project implementation.
