Feasibility Study for the Narayanganj DOHS Flat Construction

The Feasibility Study for the Narayanganj DOHS Apartment Construction Project has been undertaken by Bangladesh Foundry and Engineering Works Limited (BFEW) to assess the development of a modern residential complex at Purba Isdair, Chashara, Narayanganj. The project aims to provide high-quality housing facilities for both government and private sector residents while incorporating modern amenities suitable for military personnel and the general public. It is also expected to contribute to sustainable urban development in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 and promote efficient utilization of underused land resources. Classified as an Orange-B Category project under the Environmental Conservation Rules, 1997, the proposed development emphasizes planned and environmentally responsible urban housing. The implementation period is scheduled from June 2023 to December 2026.
