It includes three tax office buildings and two dormitory buildings with necessary support facilities such as lifts, generators, internal roads, drainage, parking, boundary walls, and rainwater harvesting. The estimated cost is BDT 36,865.75 lakh, with an implementation period from July 2026 to December 2028. The project is classified as an Orange Category project under the Environmental Conservation Rules, 2023.
