The project involves a feasibility study for upgrading approximately 10.98 kilometres of the Bhatiyari–Hathazari Link Road, from No. 3 Bazar to Hathazari Baradighi Par, into a four-lane road. The study assesses existing road conditions, traffic demand, route alignment, land acquisition, bridges, culverts, drainage and environmental and social issues. It will provide technical recommendations for developing a safe, efficient and sustainable road connection between Bhatiyari, Hathazari and surrounding areas.
