The feasibility study for the “Strengthening and Modernization of the Central Human Resource Development Center” project was conducted to assess the expansion and modernization of training facilities in Savar, Dhaka. The project, under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, aims to enhance infrastructure, introduce modern training equipment, and improve support facilities for skill development. With an estimated cost of Tk. 20,778.11 lakh, the project seeks to develop internationally competitive human resources and strengthen youth training capacity. The project is classified as Orange-B Category and is scheduled for implementation from January 2023 to December 2025.
