Aligned with the government's mission to transform jails into correction centers, the project focuses on reforming inmates through guidance and training, helping them reintegrate into society as productive citizens. Classified as an "Orange Category" project under the Environment Conservation Rules, 2023, it carries an estimated cost of BDT 21,352.26 lakh and will be implemented from July 2025 to June 2028.
