Feasibility Study for Establishment of National Museum Complex at Dhaka

The Feasibility Study for the Establishment of the National Museum Complex at Shahbag, Dhaka, was conducted to assess the development of a modern and internationally standard museum facility. The project was undertaken for the Bangladesh National Museum under the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. The proposed development aims to expand exhibition spaces, improve collection preservation through modern technologies, and strengthen institutional capacity. Located in Shahbag, Dhaka South City Corporation, the project has an estimated cost of BDT 374.37 crore and is classified under the Green Category. The study was completed during January 2020 – June 2023.
