Construction of Multi-Storied Residential Buildings for Government Officers and Employees at Azimpur, Dhaka (Zone-C)

This Feasibility Study for the “Construction of Multi-Storied Residential Buildings for Government Officers and Employees at Azimpur, Dhaka (Zone–C)” Project was conducted for the Public Works Department (PWD) under the Ministry of Housing and Public Works. The project aims to address the housing shortage of government officials and employees by developing modern, healthy, and sustainable residential facilities. Located in Azimpur, New Market, Dhaka, the initiative will also ensure efficient utilization of government land and support revenue generation. The proposed project has an estimated cost of BDT 77,459.12 million and is planned for implementation from July 2022 to June 2025.
