The Feasibility Study for the Construction of a 12-Storey Building at Dhaka RPATC has been initiated to significantly upgrade training infrastructure for public sector management. Implemented by BPATC and PWD under the Ministry of Public Administration, this Orange-B category project replaces an old 6-storey structure with a modern 12-storey facility featuring advanced classrooms, computer labs, and trainee accommodation. With an estimated budget of BDT 109.33 crore, the initiative directly supports Vision 2041 and SDGs 2030 by enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of public servants. The development is scheduled for implementation from July 2023 to June 2026 to ensure a highly capable and citizen-centric public administration.
