Construction of Customs Complex including Administrative Building and Other Facilities for the Customs, Excise and VAT Commissionerate, Rangpur

The feasibility study for the proposed “Construction of Customs Complex including Administrative Building and Other Facilities for the Customs, Excise and VAT Commissionerate, Rangpur” assessed the technical, financial, environmental, and institutional viability of developing a modern customs complex in Rangpur Sadar Upazila. With an estimated cost of BDT 165.17 crore and implementation planned from July 2025 to June 2028, the project aims to enhance revenue administration through improved infrastructure, improved workplace facilities, and efficient service delivery. The study confirmed the project's potential to strengthen institutional capacity and support sustainable revenue management.
